Client Testimonials

Brant Municipal Enterprises

“For over ten years, I have had the distinct pleasure and privilege of working with John Robinson and the RHSA team on multiple successful grant applications. Throughout this decade-long partnership, RHSA has consistently demonstrated a profound respect for my time and a deep understanding of the intricacies of my projects. They are always prompt in their responses, ensuring no query goes unanswered and every concern is addressed with thoughtful consideration.

What truly sets RHSA apart is their exceptional ability to listen carefully and learn the specific needs and objectives of my projects. This meticulous attention to detail enables them to provide not only strategic advice on which grants are worth pursuing but also invaluable insights on which ones to avoid, thus saving us from potential pitfalls and missteps. Their guidance is always tailored and insightful, reflecting a deep understanding of the grant landscape and an unmatched expertise in aligning project goals with funding opportunities.

In the fast-paced environment of my work, where new funding opportunities are continually announced and the competition is fierce, having RHSA as a trusted partner has been incredibly beneficial. They offer expert support, professional guidance, and a reliable sounding board for all funding-related strategies. This has allowed us to capitalize on opportunities that align perfectly with our strategic objectives while avoiding those that do not fit our mission.

I wholeheartedly recommend taking the time to meet with John and the RHSA team. Whether you manage your projects internally or outsource key tasks, RHSA’s expert advice and support can significantly enhance your ability to secure suitable grants and advance your initiatives. Their commitment to excellence and client success has made a measurable difference in our projects, and I am confident they can do the same for yours.”

Garden River First Nation

“RHSA has assisted Garden River First Nation with over 20 grant applications since we started working together in 2019 and helped secure over $6,000,000 in additional funding that we would not have had time to pursue internally. These grants have been a welcomed addition to build upon our internal success for applying for funding and outsourcing particular applications and the reporting requirements associated with these grants has been a wise business decision for us.

One area that is sometimes overlooked with government funding is the time and resources it takes to prepare progress reports and financial updates/ claims (some that run over multiple years) once a project has been awarded funding. RHSA has worked with us to develop a customized plan to meet every 3 weeks to discuss projects, ensure timelines and supporting documentation are in place in a real-time format as opposed to going back retroactively to compile information.

This approach and flexibility have ensured a reliable system is in place to capture important reporting requirements based upon each individual funders expectations and has reduced staff time as a result of this approach. Since 2019 RHSA has provided consistently excellent service to support our efforts and we would recommend them to effectively and efficiently support your grant and funding efforts.”

Honeywell

“Based upon a recommendation we reached out to RHSA to assist Honeywell navigate and administer grant and funding reporting requirements for our Municipal and University/ College Clients. Our Group is large (over 100,000 employees worldwide) and de-centralised and my main concern was that they perform the work to the necessary deadlines with minimum disruption to the business teams they would need to inter-act with. They totally delivered on this point, identified a significant amount of qualifying expenditures and raised awareness of how Honeywell can effectively assist clients with the reporting requirements surrounding grants and incentives. They are now working to embed the process of collecting the necessary project descriptions and financial data to ensure our clients have a comprehensive and reliable process in place to support their grant and funding endeavours.”

Independent First Nations Alliance (IFNA) Tribal Council

“RHSA has been a key team member in supporting IFNA’s communities to obtain grant funding for capacity building, programming, and capital projects.

They have proven expertise in assisting First Nation communities with short and long-term funding goals, and have become a trusted administrative partner for results tracking and reporting.

With many communities facing limited budgets and capacity to implement priorities, RHSA’s knowledge of the grant and funding landscape as well as their tailored approach has been a welcome and useful mitigative tool for these barriers; specifically creating strategic funding plans that stack grants from various funders as well as project continuity when staff members change.”
